By accessing and using Hinty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hinty is a real-time AI-powered voice assistant that provides:

• Real-time audio transcription with multi-speaker recognition
• AI-generated suggestions and responses
• Document upload and semantic search capabilities
• Multiple conversation modes for various scenarios

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Hinty offers various subscription plans with different token allocations:

• Free: 10 minutes/month, 3 PDF files
• Standard: 360 minutes/month (6 hours), 10 PDF files - $9/month
• Premium: 600 minutes/month (10 hours), 20 PDF files - $15/month
• Super: 840 minutes/month (14 hours), 40 PDF files - $22/month

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Record conversations without proper consent from all parties
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Hinty and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
